One color wardrobe

Remember this awesome fashion feature from NYMag?

I think it's time to whittle my wardrobe down to 100 items again.

Last time was three years ago.

Not for any soul cleansing, just style perspective and clarity.

Another striped shirt

The obsession continues. 

Not sure I'm completely feeling the waistband, 

or the material composition (viscose and wool), but the sleeves are lovely.

I didn't realize what they depicted until O. pointed it out.

Ai Weiwei

Even with my conflicted feelings towards contemporary Chinese art, Ai Weiwei's work is undeniably wonderful.
The map is made from wood from destroyed Qing dynasty temples, allegedly.
I like the little Taiwan, balancing off to the side. Just had Taiwanese food here with A.K. for lunch.

Dress

Finally made a dress from this fabric.
The collar is off-center, but I can't wait to find the perfect brooch to pin at the middle.
Worn with vintage cream boots.
