Coffee Crisp

C. just dropped by my office and gave me one of these.
He'd mentioned them a few weeks ago, and I'd stared at him blankly.
Coffee Crisp? What?
It's really . . . dry. In a good way, like biscotti.
Or something you would want to dunk in coffee.
Which I suppose explains the name, since it has absolutely no coffee flavor.

Anzevino and Florence

Just found an Anzevino and Florence vest, with tails.
($18 at Buffalo Exchange!)
The boob area is a bit large on me but I'll just wear it over layers.
Loving these other designs, on sale at Jake.

New blog

That's why Rumi wrote in Persian instead of Arabic.

Peter Calleson's work made the blog rounds a while ago.

Ice

I like the schizophrenic interior/exterior style of The Violet Hour in Wicker Park, Chicago.
They use eight types of ice in their cocktails, apparently.
Great article about them in this month's Atlantic.
